new art, hey its holiday after all

one thing I like about my holiday ( well, every one love holiday) is to check out my progress which my art skill....
Which I have time to do something that I don't normally do. Time to experiment and learn more about what I don't know...
Which might turn out good ...or bad, but hey, at least there is always gong to improve. and something better will always come along. So here we go, time to present what I been doing for last few days.

Good thing about holiday

Good thing about holiday is I got time to do something that I always want to do when I at work.
This time is to do more land scape painting, I guess when I was working I had spend too much time on the character and not much time on environment. So there is big part of my self work out apart from drawing, its to paint more environment. last week I spend few hours a day just to paint small painting.

Since I got back in Auckland, It has been 3 weeks now, I was trying to think about what I have done for the past few weeks. and clearly I did not do much. I must still in the holiday mood so far but I did do a lot of sketch. Around many things...everything I see that I think its interesting, but mainly people. Here are few sketch I took picture on my Iphone. Which I switch to a A3 sketch pad and its really hard to get it scan. However, my iphone camera does not do much justice either I think. so I better find a better way to present it ....here is sketch.

never thought of one day I will do an Ad for labor party

I never thought one day, I will do work for politic. However, here is my first illustration work done for labor party. It was from my formal boss,while I work in Toybox, I got the contact form them and ask me to do some illustration but not much information what is it about. Only a list what I have to draw. So after around 4 days night shift...Here we go, I was quite happy how things went. So hopefuly you guys will enjoy it as well.
