the cafe sketch

this is the first time i went on do cafe sketch, well it is harder then i thought because i really try just to draw the stuff that is moving and not use pencil but pen. so its a different experience, and have to keep it up...cheers

holiday sketch

While I am in Honeymoon, there are not much time for me to sit down and draw. Even thought I still take my sketch book with me. The holiday sketch to is something I do while I am able to sit down for a bit and start to draw whatever I see. I did these sketch when I on the flight, at motel, watching TV wait for bus etc. I am very grateful that my wife did not say anything while I doing it.

this is a character base on my girl. not much to say apart from that was something I promise her I will do and might work on something more render complete. hope she will like it thought.

character design and story idea- the dragon boy

this character was create for a workshop of illustration...
it is only a weekend so I figure to do something simple. which a cute character is always my thing. I was create this character base on this year is the dragon year and also think about what kind of character I would want to do a story. so here we are, dragon boy, a small boy dragon, its about his journey for growing up to be a real dragon. well thats the start. So I begin to board out some scene I want to do if there is a comic or..a animation. anyway, I had some fun and hope one day i can show it to people and make something really awesome.

some practice

Just realized the whole last year I was doing more concept art and illustration, game assets work. I have not done much of storyboard for so long, and all the sudden I felt I forget what was the first reason I came into this industry. So I went back and do more board example and its base on few of my favor film, I am going to do more but the next one will be my own story. Time to get real^^.

some story idea

when I draw the illustration about the artifact...I had chance to qucikly draw down two character. the more I look at the illustration, the more I think its good to give the character a story. I quite like how it turn out so I quickly paint up a board for then, normally I would just draw but this time I want to do something a little different...it has not make much sense yet but soon I will draw more about them.
